Il parcourt rapidement la fiche produit \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;une r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate. <strong>Si l&#8217;information ne vient pas dans les premi\u00e8res secondes, le client part, souvent vers un concurrent.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9tude \u00e9tablit que la fen\u00eatre d&#8217;attention sur une page produit est de <\/span><b>10 secondes maximum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avant qu&#8217;un signal d&#8217;abandon ne se d\u00e9clenche.
