Pour que cette transformation soit une r\u00e9ussite, il est donc indispensable d&#8217;accompagner ces personnes afin de rendre l&#8217;administration plus accessible et inclusive.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, suite \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re phase de num\u00e9risation, l\u2019\u00c9tat approfondit d\u00e9sormais sa mutation technologique en int\u00e9grant l\u2019intelligence artificielle \u00e0 ses processus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au c\u0153ur de cette petite r\u00e9volution : les agents conversationnels. Si la demande s&#8217;av\u00e8re complexe, l&#8217;outil passe alors le relais \u00e0 un conseiller sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, garantissant ainsi une prise en charge sans interruption.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En effet, des travaux men\u00e9s par la promotion 2023-2024 de l\u2019Institut national des \u00e9tudes territoriales (INET) rendus publics en avril 2024, concluent que <\/span><b>25 % des t\u00e2ches des agents territoriaux pourraient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es, en totalit\u00e9 ou en partie, par l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;automatisation de ces t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives lib\u00e8re un temps pr\u00e9cieux pour les agents.
